Website Access, Registration and Use Limits

Any user may browse certain information on our website, and we encourage you to do so, as permitted by these Terms of Use.  Through Member Login, members may gain access to additional features by registering and creating an account.  Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their WEA Membership account and password, and for all activities and liabilities associated with it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach (or suspected breach) of security.  WEA is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement or for any liability, loss or damage resulting from the use of your account, either with or without your authorization or knowledge.

You may not transfer your WEA  membership account to another person, and you may not use anyone else’s account at any time. In consideration for using our website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself during the registration process and while participating in any WEA program or activities, and to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete, all in compliance with these Terms of Use.

Any unauthorized use of our website for any purpose is prohibited.  We may suspend or terminate the availability of our website or your account (and any elements or features of them), in whole or in part, for any reason, and at any time, in our sole discretion, and without advance notice or liability.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your WEA membership account and refuse any and all current or future use of this website, or any portion thereof, subject to the terms of your membership, if any, and applicable law.

User Content—Guide Profiles

Member profiles supplied by members for posting or use on our website or directories are the responsibility of such members.  WEA reserves the right to edit any profiles or other materials submitted to it, for any reason. WEA has sole discretion over whether to publish, edit or delete any material submitted to it or posted on or through this website.  By submitting any profile or other content to WEA, you give us a non-exclusive license to publish the material in any media now known or hereafter developed, and to use, edit, adapt, recast, distribute, display, perform or transmit it in any way, as we may determine in our sole discretion, including for promotional or any other purposes.  By submitting your name, address, photo or other identifying data with a profile or other submission, you give WEA the right to publish and use that data, for promotional or any other purposes.

Please do not submit or post any confidential or proprietary data or material, and do not submit or post any copyrighted material without authorization of the owner.  You agree that you will not submit or post any material that is obscene, defamatory or that impersonates anyone, or that infringes any trademark, copyright, privacy right or other legal right.

The WEA name, logo and the materials on our website are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights.  These materials are owned by WEA or its affiliates, or are used with permission of their owners or as otherwise authorized by law. Such materials include, but are not limited to, the photographs, images, illustrations, text, video clips, audio clips, designs, logos, trademarks, trade dress and other materials contained on this website. All copyright and other rights are reserved, worldwide.
