Additionally covered are daily snacks and coffee, as well as hors d'oeuvres both in the Exhibit Hall Opening Social and at our Community Social and Auction. The excellent YMCA chef and food service staff provide buffet meals that regularly adapt and serve quality options for most special dietary needs and requests. Attendees staying in offsite accommodations can choose the 'Meal Package' option when registering if they wish to eat meals provided but stay offsite.

Lodging Options

We are excited about the lodging at Blue Ridge Assembly! Some of our best memories from WEA conferences are based on the after-session interactions and conversations; the Blue Ridge Assembly facilities are intentionally designed to drive and promote community. Our collaboration is a great fit, even when it comes to where you sleep!

Blue Ridge Assembly's Onsite Lodging

While there are other lodging options in the vicinity, we recommend staying at Blue Ridge Assembly to maximize your conference experience as well as to reduce costs. We recommend considering the wintery conditions when determining if offsite lodging will be your best option. Single and double occupancy rooms are available at Blue Ridge Assembly.  Dormitory style lodging is available on site for students at a discounted rate. Attendees staying in offsite accommodations can choose the 'Meal Package' option when registering if they wish to eat meals provided but stay offsite.
